HTMSA Presents World Tourism Day

The Hospitality and Tourism Student Association presents World Tourism Day! WTD is an internationally accepted celebration of tourism within the global community. Its purpose is to raise awareness and demonstrate the role of tourism and how it affects social, cultural, political, and economic values worldwide. This year, our guest speakers include Robin Poirier from Ocean Wise. Ocean Wise is a Vancouver Aquarium conservation program created to educate and empower consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood.
