UNWTO Workshop on Strategic Directions for Myanmar´s Tourism

On the 3^rd and 4^th July, UNWTO held two workshops in Myanmar to assess the country´s tourism resources, discuss opportunities and challenges of tourism development and provide insight into best practice examples of tourism development strategies.

The workshops, attended by government members, line ministry officials, tourism board members and industry representatives aimed to present strategic planning scenarios for tourism in Myanmar.
